COVID-19 UPDATE:

We are all experiencing ongoing changes on a day to day basis.  Transafe’s  goal is to remain open and to keep our customers and employees safe while doing so;  but in order to do so we are having to operate a little different than the norm.

Our office and warehouse is open but closed for customers.  Customers are not allowed in the office or the warehouse.  We are asking all customers to call and make an appointment for pickup.  Below are our procedures:

APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED FOR ALL CUSTOMER PICK-UPS

  • Customers, please email ([email protected]), text (770) 330-4617, or call in your order to (770) 962-2222 with a time you would like to pick-up.  We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but we are working with a minimal crew, so there may be delays. Please leave your email address and cell phone number.
  • Please provide your credit card payment at the time of order if you pay by credit card.
  • We will email your order confirmation for review prior to processing the order. Please reply with your approval or any changes.
  • When you arrive to our customer dock out back, please call or text that you are there.  Our warehouse team member will load it in the back of your truck.  Once he has done so, we request that you double check your order (there will be a packing slip attached).
